Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot offer refunds after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. if any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to provide a refund.
The following items are exempt from being returned.
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Frozen Pizza
- Gift cards
- Select health and personal care items
- Books
- All bulk Food Items
- Discounted items on expired item shelf
We are not responsible for any items you send back to the manufacturer.
Refunds for online orders (if applicable):
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 516 Plains Road East, Unit 9, Burlington Ontario CA L7T 2E1.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will only be for the cost of the item.
We will only provide refunds for online items, we will not exchange items.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company.
